A Brief History
As the former General Manager of the Coffs Harbour City Council, Stephen Sawtell successfully ran the largest business in Coffs Harbour, overseeing 600 employees. He was responsible for a $250M annual Operational Budget, a $300M Construction Budget and a $290M Investment Portfolio.
During his tenure in Local Government, he has achieved 5 tertiary education qualifications:
- Associate Diploma in Health and Building Surveying from STC
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Environmental Health) from UWS
- Master of Science by Research from UNE
- Diploma in Leadership Management from LMA
- Diploma in Making Strategy Happen from UNSW
